These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Domixa mobile application (“Domixa”, “the App”) provided by Greenstore (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using Domixa, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Domixa is an offline-first construction materials inventory and project tool. Core features (materials, stock, projects, reports) run on your device. Domixa does not require a Domixa account and does not operate a Domixa cloud database for your inventory data.

You must be able to form a binding contract in your country. Domixa is not directed at children under 13. You are responsible for compliance with local laws when using the App for business records.
Syncing to Google Sheets is optional and only happens when you start it and grant permission.
Domixa requests per-file Google Drive access (drive.file) so it can create and update spreadsheets
you ask it to create — not access to all of your Drive or Sheets.
Data is written to spreadsheets in your Google account.
We do not sell that data and we do not use this access for advertising.
Google may show warnings if Domixa’s OAuth app is still in testing or pending verification. Access may be limited to approved test users until Google verification is complete.
You can revoke Domixa’s Google access anytime in your Google Account permissions. After revoke, Sheets sync will stop until you authorize again.
Domixa, including its name, branding, and software, is owned by Greenstore or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Domixa as distributed through official app stores or authorized builds.
Downloads via Google Play or Apple App Store are also subject to those stores’ terms. Optional Google APIs are provided by Google and governed by Google’s policies. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes of third-party platforms.
Domixa is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business purpose. You remain responsible for verifying critical inventory, cost, and project figures.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greenstore and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for data loss arising from device failure, missing backups, or third-party service issues (including Google). Our total liability for any claim relating to Domixa is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months before the claim, or zero if the App was free.
We may update these Terms when features or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
You may stop using Domixa at any time by uninstalling it. We may discontinue or change features, including optional Sheets sync, with or without notice where permitted by law.
